On a related subject, how to find the largest rectangle in a polygon.

Is there any correlation between that and the smallest Bounding Box? Ellipses are different.

Hello again forum, While working I came upon the following bounding box behavior: [image] As you can see in the picture the control points in the lower left box created via Bounding Box does not follow the same pattern as the rest of the boxes. Yes, the order is the same (counterclockwise), but the starting point is not. During my course at the university we ran into a similar situation and though we tried to fix it but were unable to. Is there a logical explanation for this or is it just…
