Large patch of topography with texture?

It is possible to import geo data from Google Earth for use as terrain into Rhino:

However:

  • Patches are small.

  • Texture is with watermark.

What I’m looking for is a textured terrain model of Gran Canaria. Any idea where to obtain this? What is a general source for such data?

I found that with Lands Design, I can import topography from Google Earth. However, the texture is a low-resolution grayscale image.
