Lamp Shade: Nurbs curbes won't loft

Hi, I’m new to Grasshopper and trying to create a lampshade. I created multiple periodic Nurbs curves (circles) along the z axis, each having a different radius. When trying to loft them, it doesn´t work. When i use normal circles instead of the Nurbs curves it works, what`s the difference? Thanks

Without looking at the GH file, the double broken wires on that image tell me that you have connected a branched data tree instead of a list of curves to Loft?

P.S. Preliminary investigation confirms that hunch.
