Kinetic Facade issue

Hi All,

So I’m working on this kinetic facade with individual elements having different angles or at least 10 unique elements distributed across the grid rationally to create a rhythm, but the issue is that i’m not sure how to do this without having to make all the unique elements.

Is there a way to be able to mass control the angles of the triangular element? Like using series or domain?

Also, the back of the triangle is to remain flat.

Help a brother out please.

Hi @HS_Kim this is perfect. Thanks a bunch

Hi @HS_Kim Is there a way to make sure there only a specific number of variants in the facade. For example, there is a maximum of 10 unique panela? You will see that in the original script i attached, the façade elements were created to be within a specific boundary. Please see the attached image. Is there a way i can implement that into your script please whilst still keeping the attractor curve?

Cheers,

I edited @HS_Kim 's GH file. Now the BREPs can be grouped and colored.
