Does Karamba3D’s optimize cross section component have capabilities to design based upon US based standards such as the AISC? If not, is there any other components that can check steel based on US standards?

no at the moment the optimisation component is based on EC3. There is no current method to check against other standards. However you can create a workflow in GH to extract the beam forces to check it according to US based standards.
