Karamba in Hops

Hello,
I have a structural calculation script running via Hops. It works without any issues on my computer. However, when I run the same definition on another computer, it fails and returns the following message:

“Unknown error occurred while solving for the structural response of the system: component Buckling Modes.”

The original (non-Hops) algorithm runs without any problems on both computers.
Rhino and Karamba are up to date on both machines, and the model units are set to mm.

What could be the cause of this issue, and what would you recommend as a solution?

Are you running with the latest release of Hops? We have had issues with Hops over the last years and only just noticed that there was an update. Are you able to share the script?

Hi Matthew,
Thanks for the reply.Sorry for the late response.
Yes, Rhino and all the components are up to date. But, we still have problem in some of the computers. We decided to remove the Hops component and run the algorithm without it. Unfortunately, I’m unable to share the script due to the NDA.
