Kangaroo 2's EqualAngle throws 'method not found' error

This is the error that EqualAngle throws in all versions of Kangaroo 2 since its introduction into the new system.

1. Solution exception:Method not found: ‘Void KangarooSolver.Goals.EqualAngle…ctor(System.Collections.Generic.List1<Rhino.Geometry.Line>, System.Collections.Generic.List1<Rhino.Geometry.Line>, Double)’.

The error is thrown regardless of whether there is geometry connected or not, assume there’s a missing method, as stated in the first line.
