Joining problem after mesh offset or list cull issue

Hi everyone,

Two questions :

• why brep join result in open brep when I give every face to have a closed brep ?
• Is it possible to test panel list so I have a true / false list tu cull out trimed surface and keep open brep?

Used WeaverBird’s mesh thickening here because I don’t have Pufferfish installed:
