Join Surface Edges

Hi there!

I want to offset a facade from a buildings floorplates, but when I do the triangles in my facade separate and I cannot figure out why. Is there a way to join the edges of the triangles in my facade so that they stay together when I offset?

any help would be very appreciated!

Why don’t you just use your base surface?
