Jagged Edges and maps w noise

Check out this image.

Trying to get rid of jagged edges around lights and around window frame. I upped the sampling around the rectangular lights and tried both types of adaptive Antialiasing. Also my floor maps are very noisy for some reason.

Change the rectangular light to a plane or box with an emissive material.
You will have too use a preset at medium -
exterior/interior medium at least to get quality edges.
