It there a way to reverse the flow along surface command?

I’m attempting to unroll double curved surfaces using: unrollsrf, smash, squish and project, but given the complicated geometry that command isn’t working at all. Is there a way to reverse the flowalongsrf command to have the curves project onto the planar surface from the geometry in question? This would flatten the curves on the planar surface effectively giving me the desired geometry needed.

My guess is a file with a representative surface in it would be helpful to work with.
There are likely as many different ways to approach this as there are surfaces that you want to flatten.

the flow command(s) work in both directions. you can use your curved geometry as a base and flow onto planar geometry, also in your instance you might want to try squish and squish back.

Hi @Victor_Salinas ,
Some of my clients had your same exact issue.
Here is a short clip of how we solved it :

Should you need a similar solution reach out to me at farouk.serragedine@gmail.com (limited to expanding elements ofcourse)
You will be able to develop even the most complex surfaces (we produce entire hulls with this, including the fwd plates which are VERY bent)
