Issues with Arctic view mode rendering not aligning with clipping plan in layout detail viewport

Hi

I am having an issue with the arctic view mode not aligning with a clipping plan in a perspectival view in
a layout detail window. I have attached a PDF to show the issue in the first sectional perspective drawing
on the right-hand side of the page.

Any ideas on why this is happening or how to fix it would be much appreciated.

I have tried using the same clipping plane on a simple box and the result looks as it should so I wonder if it has something to do with the geometries in this particular model itself?

Just for context I am running
Version 6 SR22
(6.22.20028.13281, 1/28/2020)
Commercial on windows
and V-Ray for Rhinoceros 6 4.10.02
