Hello,

I received a rhino model earlier today from a coworker in a different office. When I opened up the model there seems to be great issues and distortion in the modeling… Is this a result of sloppy modeling work by the creator or something different happening in rhino?

thanks!

No, I think you’re just [very far from the origin](http://wiki.mcneel.com/rhino/farfromorigin)…

> Objects that are extremely far (millions of units) from the world origin

The main solution is to move the objects closer to the origin. That isn’t always possible though. The linked page above has one type of solution.
