Even if Disable is checked it still tries to select sub elements.

It doesn’t disable filtering because you can still select sub elements, only it selects any type
I guess inside the code Disable should be above the Sub-Objects loop/stack/block or whatever it is called in programming terms
Hello - I believe it is working as designed. Selection is either top level with Ctrl-Shift for sub objects, or the reverse, and either filtered or not.
