Issue: changed output frame cause time change

I used _BongRenderAnimation.

Here I changed the fps from 25 to 15 and the length jumped from 50s to 83.3s. I would like to keep the length and get less frames.

The Render Dialog in general needs to be updated. It’s been logged here. I think what’s happening here is the Render Dialog is trying to keep the other settings in sync when changed, and making some assumptions which may not be correct.
