Issue "Assembly Reference could not be resolved", Octopus

I’m pretty sure to have installed Octopus correctly, in the component folder.
I’m having a pop-up similar to the attached images while opening the Octopus sample files.

Someone could help me to figure out how to overcome this issue?

Rhino 6.34.21034.7001
Windows 10
