Isometric line drawings, same scale, same camera location

Hey guys, anybody who knows a proper workaround to achieve the same as in this catalogue page? All objects have the same parameters. Would love to achieve the same within Rhino via Make2D for exporting to Illustrator.

Thanks for your ideas!
PS: checked the CameraLine - script on http://www.rayflectar.com/Rhino/RhinoScripts-Gallery.htm - it will work but snaps only to the camera’s view settings but wouldn’t match the distance between camera and target

Yeah, Make2D has a tendency to set its own scale for objects. One thing you can do is check “include viewport rectangle” in the Make2D dialog, then you can always scale each make2D so that the rectangles are the same. Objects should then have the same “relative” size (just don’t change the viewport size).

Hi Hannes,

In the past I have used a workaround with a refernece object (cube)
That can be used to scale the results to a uniform size:

Thanks both of you. Thanks @Helvetosaur will keep this in mind. I think I will go for @Willem’s solution. but with a little twist. so what I’m about to do is to create a 3D grid and a locked orthogonal view where I place and orient the objects. keep u posted!
