Isocurve- Insert SubD edge ring- missing

Hi, I am working on the tutorial- SubD Fleur de Lis ring.
Unfortunately there is no command - Isocurve right click -Insert SubD edge ring-to find.
I’ve downloaded the last test version of Rhino 7 .

Maybe try this one from the subd toolbar
SubD-Kantenring

Hallo JayR, yes, this is the Isocurve, but without the second command , the curve does’nt go through.

Oh sorry, I think I misunderstood you.
I no longer have the trial version.
Ain’t there the possibility to change the “type” of the isocurve in the command line?

I can confirm that the right click action is missing in the current version on Windows:

As @JayR suggested you can toggle between edge loops and edge rings by clicking the command line option:

The right-click action is present on the current Mac version of Rhino:

You can edit the button on Windows by shift-right-clicking on it. Change settings from this:

Hi Kevin ,

thanks for your help.
If I change the commands, the commands are not longer working.
I reseted the command and use the Edge ring manually (I now know where it is)

Hi Eddi,
thank you for your help, yes, this was the mistake
Barb

Now the control points of the curves are no longer displayed. (Control points object goes) Because the selection filter is missing, I have to select manually.

Also
AuswahlFilter
oder
_SelectionFilter

:sleepy:

Hi Kevin - if you run _ToolbarReset and then close and reopen Rhino, the toolbar will update to the most current version.

-Pascal

Thanks @pascal that got the toolbars on my Windows system up to date.

When I run _ToolbarReset on MacOS I get this warning:

I clicked Cancel at this point.

This was the warning on Windows:

Is there a way to update the toolbars on MacOS without resetting all preferences?

-Kevin

Hi Kevin - not that I know of but on mac you get the most current default (for your build) anyway, no need to refresh.

-Pascal
