Is there a way to show objects/lines behind a glass polysurface when doing Make2D?

I would like to know if there’s a way to show objects and their lines that would be behind glass when doing Make2D. An example is attached, where I want to show the lines outlining the glass that technically appear behind the front surface. Make 2D handles glass like it does any other polysurface, which makes sense, but I want to know if there’s a way around this. I could check the box for show hidden lines but this is only a small part of my project, and deleting the rest of the hidden lines would be next to impossible. https://imgur.com/a/Mphz3

Use the hidden line option as a setup.
Them move those lines to a visible layer, the turn off the hidden line layer to avoid the others.

Make2D pays no attention to the rendering assignments.
