Is there a way to create a Grid on a Brep and points on this Brep?

Hi ALL,

I am trying to create a Grid on a Brep, this Grid will based on the points red arrow pointing on the attached. I can’t find any components either in Rhino or panelingTools. I guess I need to think an alternative ways. Any suggestions?
