Is there a list to show the differece between KG0.99 and KG2.0? I need that to study the old version tutorial

Now I am using KG2.0 but many tutorial I found is KG0.99. There are big difference between the two versions. Can here be a list to show how I can find the similiar command in KG2.0, which was in KG0.99?
