Opinions and guesses aside, the only thing we know is that obj export did not work on your Rhino.

• Do you know if obj export was working with SR19 before and now it isn’t working?
• Now that you have “force loaded” the obj plug-in once, does Rhino properly export to obj even after restarting Rhino?

Not sure. I installed it just recently because for some unknown reason, the “McneelUpdate service” had stopped working.
