Is it possible to summarize simbology?

Hello everyone,

Is there a way to add the simbology in front of each other instead of in the same position when generating plans?
My turn around on this situation is slightly move the blocks to the side and then when I explode the plan I do it manually, but this is to time consuming.

I want to generate the first image result automatically instead of the 2 image that is how I get when I just extract the plan view.

Is it possible?

Hi @Leonardo_G_Pate can you share this file? I’m not sure what kind of entities are these symbol objects.

they are elements i made with 2d and 3d blocks I drew and assigned them as VA elements. I am not sure if sharing the file will have the correct blocks so I am sharing the template for them aswell.

Some times I need to put the eletrical socket plug below the light switch and instead of the 2d draw being in the same position, i need them in front of each other with the lowest block in the model being the first represented and the heighest one in front of it.

Some times I even have to put 3 electrical plugs in the same position with diferent highs, one below, one in the mid and one above. The 3 simbols are different.

The first image is what I get when I just hit the plan view and the 2° image shows what I need to do with the elements model (i need to move them to the sides) so I can explode and than by hand organize it in the propper way.

Is there a way to get it organized automatically?

Hi @Leonardo_G_Pate, thanks for the file. Right not that’s not possible using Elements created from blocks. If those elements were created from a GH style, you could set up a parameter that offsets their plan representation, and that way change that offset when necessary. But that’s not possible when using elements from blocks.
