Is it possible to fill in or remove a hole in an object?

I am wondering if there is a quick way to fill in or remove a hole in an object? In my attached object I have created (4) oval holes that I made by mistake and want to remove them.

The oval hole is highlighted in yellow in the screen shot.
I also attached the Rhino file.

I know I could try to patch them, but I wanted to keep the drawing as clean as possible without using the boolean function to fix my mistake.

I am planning to upgrade to 8 in the next few weeks, so if this is a new feature in 8 then I will make the move.

Thank You,

Kent

I would Extract the side all surface (right click on the Explode icon), and delete it.
The use UnTrim command the top and bottom surfaces, and delete the resulting curves.

Thank You very much everyone… all of these suggestions worked perfect!

si se puede yo usaba el metodo de rellenar superficie. Se selecionan todas las lineas de borde del agujero (perdón pero no me acuerdo el nombre de ese comando) y le das a rellenar agujero. Eso me funcionaba a mi saludos!!
