Is it possible to change the shape of "pipe" for a group of centerlines? for example, a rectangle? sweep is not good here

Hi everyone,

As we know the “pipe” is a good function to create pipes even for a group of centerlines. However, the section shape must be circle. Is it possible to have different secion shape? I tried to realize it using sweep function, but it is bad.

Thanks for any suggestions and idea!
