iRhino3D WIP is now available via Testflight

Testflight is what we use to provide WIP versions of iRhino with new features that are being worked on before they are introduced into the official iRhino app.

WIP releases of iRhino3D via Testflight contain some features that are not completely finished. For a stable release download iRhino3D from the AppStore.

iRhino3D WIP (9.0.25174 (15270.1) - June 23, 2025) is now available via Testflight

Bugs Fixed:

  • Command-line: Command options popover too small (RV-1339)
  • Display:
    • Shaded/Rendered do not work on iPhone XS (RV-1376)
    • Added “Use Max Metal Samples” setting to Appstore build (RV-1341)
  • Inspect: AnnotateSelected not allow moving control points (RV-1329)
  • Markup:
    • Unable to start a markup (RV-1364)
    • Not using camera plane (RV-1365)

Crashes Fixed:

  • Inspect: Crashes iRhino (RV-1386)

Enhancements:

  • RH-82788 Linetype: Thick polyline breaks between adjacent segments with small angles
  • Inspect: Display object attribute user text for selected objects (RV-1353)
  • Markup: Draws polyline strokes by default (RV-1317)
  • Settings: Added "Selected object(s) helpers" option (Settings > General) (RV-1338)
  • UI: TestedAnnotateSelected command shows an enable/disable toggle dot on selected clipping plane (RV-766)

Features Added:

  • AR: Selfie mode allows capturing face geometry (RV-1371)
  • IR.Touch: Added TestAnnotateSelected command to display lengths of linear segments on selected polyline and polysurfaces (RV-54)

Usability Problems Fixed:

  • Settings: Added "Named views set clipping planes" (General > View) (RV-1350)
