we have identified some issues with the viewer while using it with an iPad with a mouse.
We can’t rotate or zoom.
Any ideas if an update is in the pipe on ShapeDiver for that?

which version of the viewer are you currently using?
We recently rolled out a release, can you please try it with that one. It’s version 3.1.1.

we use Viewer 3, Version 2.11.0
We’ll try with the newer version and let you know if it works better.
