Interpolate line does not form the right geometry from points

Hi Guys
Need bit help connect these points together
As you can see from the image below, the red line is the form I want to draw.

but GH end up with connect these points this way

In the end I also want to offset the red line to blue line but the blue line poke into the gap of the geometry by different dims

BTW this is in rhino 5 :sweat_smile:
