Internal aperture/windows cannot delete

Hello. Sorry if my english is bad, but i hope you understand what i mean.
First, I made a typical apartment without ExtrudeCrv, but used room2d in grasshopper
As you can see, I marked with red pen that assumed as elevator and corridor (it’s impossible have window inside an elevator and corridor inside building !)
Either rhino or grasshopper, i am new and lesser with this tools.
I hope somebody can fix this trouble or give some advice. thank you ~

Either rhino or grasshopper, i am new and lesser with this tools.

There is no 3D geometry in your Rhino file, so you can’t delete any windows that would be the result from baking Grasshopper geometry.
