Instructions for creating custom toolbar in Rhino 8

Hi,

I’m new to Rhino 8 which is the company CAD software. I’m only going to scratch the surface of its capabilities so would like to create my own toolbar with the commands that I’m likely to use most often. Are there any instructions available please ?
