Installing Rhino 7 trial

Hi,

I’m trying to install the Rhino 7 Evaluation trial - it is being installed through VPN as I do not have local admin rights, and the following error keeps appearing.

The .exe files in the redist folder have all been installed - what would be the cause of this error message?

typically its the .net downloads being blocked-

you can install them manually then run the installer normally again (not as admin)
