I installed the plugin by brute force and it works. I then uninstalled it.
Next, I tried the instructions in
I created a flat file structure with one sub-folder for the sample models, as there is no difference between versions.
When I use PluginManager command to install the .rhl file, the original plugin is still listed in r5, even though I marked it as disabled and re-opened Rhino to make sure it “took”.
In both versions, clicking he “install” button and browsing to the location of the .rhl file, there’s nothing there, even though in Windows explorer, the .rhl file is definitely there.
The install dialog has a search string of ., which I found odd, but that should, at least, find the .rhl file.
Any ideas?
