Is there a way to import an Civil 3D geometry into RHino 3D, then create some surfaces or solids and then export it back to Civil 3D?

Since Civil is an Autodesk product my best bet would be DXF or DWG; I’d be surprised if it doesn’t handle both formats and Rhino does as well. Have you already tried moving data back and forth - and what kind of problems did you run into, if any?
