Imported mesh now giving 3 sections using project line

Hi, V5
I have imported an obj from that generated by Agisoft.
Page was set no 1.
I have yesterday projected a line onto it and got a single section, todayI get three sections all differing a bit.
What can I do to sort this out ?

I select the mesh and go ‘details’ and its still procesing 15 mins later, esc does nothing

so task manager end task V5.
ye gods !

apart from losing an hours work, thats done me a favour, as I am back to a single mesh.
Just what the F is going on, ?

impossible to tell with what you have provided…

need a file, or some screen shots, etc… help us help you…

three meshes gonna be 300Mb I reckon.
I am spending all my work hours zipping and uploading so had hoped to keeo this one simple.
havent drawn anything much today with issues.
As it fixed itself with an end task I have nothing to send now.
