Import PDF Page Number Problem

If I use the Import command to import page 2 of a PDF file, it works just fine.

But if I use the -import command (dash so that it is done from command prompt) and then specify page 2, I get the message “error importing file”. It works just fine if I specify page 1.

Any idea what is going wrong? File attached for testing.

Still hoping someone might know if this is a known bug to be fixed or if it’s something I’m doing wrong…
