I am trying to export google maps to rhino using blender. I save the file in .fbx format with these settings, but when importing the file into rhino, the textures are not loaded. Tell me how to upload the textures together with the model.

You probably just need to select the material, then assign the texture in the base color channel.
How to do it?)
Click on the material you have encircled in your screenshot, that will give you access to the material properties.
From there you should be able to assign to the color channel the texture of your model.

Have you actually found a solution to this?
Whenever I export a Google Maps scene into Rhino I get hundreds of materials. Also there are no .png being exported form Blender, to assign into Rhino textures.

try via OBJ format, it should work.
