Import DWG in Truss Family Issue

I have a simple DWG which I want to insert (Import CAD) in a Revit Truss Family, for some reason I get this error. I checked the scale and it is all good, tried DXF, modified export and import settings.. nothing works… They are just simple lines. I have no idea how to fix this.
Any hints?

Is this geometry located near to the origin?

It is.
It is a behavior I don’t understand but I kinda fix the issue projecting everything to XY.
I mean we are talking about fractions of millimeters…
