Import an existing toolbar (.tb) worked in rhino 7 into rhino 8

I’m using my own toolbar in rhino 7 we call it daniel.tb and now i’m on rhino 8 and i’m not able tp import this extra toolbar. can someone help me?

Is .tb obsolete?

If so, does anybody know an alternative? It changes object’s color with color palette on the UI.
