My image exports are consistently failing for couple of times repeatedly.
After just clicking download 2-4 times without changing parameters the images get produced and downloaded.
This isn’t very good situation for our current developments, any idea if what’s causing this?
Difficult to say without a test model. It might be caused by timeouts for the image export, if it takes longer than your account’s computation limit. Sometimes, the servers end up processing a long operation even if it hits the limit, which might explain why after several tries you end up managing to request the export successfully.
Let me know if you can provide a minimal definition where you can reproduce the issue or at least the shapediver link to the model (a private link will only be accessible to shapediver admins).
