I just started playing with the new Sub-D tools and I am really impressed by the direction and usability that McNeel is developing for these tools. I love the fact that I can combine them easily with my Rhino nurbs workflow, this is the biggest step for us Rino users in a long time.
Really impressed and happy about this direction Rhino is taking.

But will it improve filleting and block management? 
Yea that’s a good one I’ve given up on that just like the material editor and other things.
But the sub d stuff is actually useful so it’s welcome.
