BTW, I found strange that Rhino installed both 32 and 64 versions of the app without asking me which one I wanted? Is the 32bit taking much space from my little SDD drive? Any reason why I should keep it?
also weird that the default size of toolbars is different in each build:

Thanks Dave, I’ll explore these options, what’s weird is that right now most of Rhino looks fine, but the layers names and icons in that palette are sooo tiny, yet the square checkboxes for OS so are disturbingly huge. So I’m not sure a linear a all will work. I’ll report back.
