IGES exportscaling

When I export to IGES 144 I got a pop-up with a scaling issue. Importing the file the same issue.
This does not happens the first time after opening Rhino.

This bug should be fixed in the next release. It was a combo of setting the IGES units initially to the Rhino document units on initialization of the plugin and settings not being written to the disk. You’re only supposed to get that dialog if the units in the detailed dialog differ from the units of the current rhino model being exported.
