Iframe ShapeDiver not starting

Hi @mathieu1 i tranfered you a shapediver model that i’m having some problems with IFRAME embeding.

This is the web where it is placed: https://www.ifitec.net/configurador-3d/

But sometimes dont start.

There is something i can do to solve this issue?

I followed the link from your post and I can see the embedded model without issues:

Can you give me more details about the issue you are experiencing?

Hi Mathieu thanks for your quick answer, the problem was solved by changing the Iframe.
