I want to adjust the camera lens length (mm) in SetFlyThroughAnimation

When using SetFlyThroughAnimation to shoot a walk-through video, the camera lens length (mm) reverts to the default of 50.
Is it possible to adjust the lens length to shoot a walk-through video?
