I need Help, trying to recreate shadows

I am trying to recreate some shadows.

The image with the yellow eyeliner is mines,

The other two images contain the shadows i am trying to recreate,

im basically asking how to make the shadows darker, lighter, harder, or softer, I am using mostly area lights and 1 spotlight.

You could get more shadows if you use only direct light. Disable the GI or use a very low multiplier in the GI(Skylight). You will have to illuminate the scene just with Lights.
