I keep getting this error and I don’t know why
Hey Sarah,
the uuid and guid are just id’s for identifyiong which model parts failed and unfortunately tell us nothing about the failure itself. Can you describe what you were doing as well as provide reference files?
How long does your model take to open on your local computer? Not just to recompute, but the first time you load the Grasshopper definition? It seems that our servers take a very long time to load it and then the process times out.
It definitely takes less than 30 seconds the first time I load. I’ve attached a script.
I tried uploading this split into the two components that you see when you see displayed as well.

@Sarah_Salameh gave it a try and isolated_sole.gh works for me. Are you on a free account? If so please do the following:
- go to your Billing dashboard and register for a free trial
- go to your backend dashboard and switch to the Rhino 7 backend system
For isolated_upper.gh there seems to be another problem which I’m still investigating.
About isolated_upper.gh it seems that there is a problem related to the complexity of the surfaces/breps internalized in the model. If I upon the model without disabling the Grasshopper solver first, Rhino starts using lots of resources and crashes on my notebook.
Oh wow now I tracked it down: There is a polysurface consisting of > 36k surfaces. We are available to schedule a call if you wish, if so please PM.
