Hey, as I can remember there was an issue with the macro editor or some other editor loading at startup of Rhino v9 and it said there was an issue with the .Net Framework. So I set it to always been used. And when right clicking on the toolbars to reveal new toolbars Windows froze. You could move the mouse pointer but you would have the waiting dialog (Windows ring). Not sure if this is a bug. moved back to the old settings with no error message at startup anymore. Thank you
