Hello, I can’t update Rhino8 to the latest version I would like help
go here- and download it directly from our website-
I can download the file, but the dialog box asks me to enter username and password but does not give me the option “yes” only the option “No”.

Where are you seeing that dialog?
When first installing it should only ask for your Email address. If logging in to use your license it will then send you to a web browser to login.

I already have the rhino8 listed. I would just like to update the version. but I’m going to update this dialog box appears asking me for username and password but it doesn’t give me an option. only the “no” option appears and then the process is finished without the update.
That doesn’t sound like a Rhino dialog. Can you post a screenshot of the blank dialog?
That is a windows permissions dialog, is your User Account controlled by your Company/School Administrators?
