Just download the msi again?
Also, it looks like you are trying to install a RC - Release Candidate. The current version is 2.0.15.

Hi @foreigner ,
You need the same MSI file to uninstall an application. Normally Windows keep a copy in order to uninstall it, but there are some cases that the Windows Installer registry gets corrupted.
If you tell me the exact version of VisualARQ 2 RC you have currently installed, I can send you the correct MSI file. Or you can try to run the following tool from Microsoft in order to repair your registry:

Thank you sir , i will see if the Microsoft repair registry fix my problem . if it’s not means need VisualARQ 2 RC x86.msi .
