I can't find the "add handle" option when using "Blend Edge". Where is it?

I’m doing the Level 2 study guide, going through “Variable radius blends and chamfers”. The manual asks me to use the “AddHandle” option while in the “BlendEdge” command, and I don’t see that option. I’m using Rhino 5. Help!

Select the edges to be blended and enter key or right click
Options appear on command line
